Our Regional Coordinators are all either experienced outdoor instructors or teachers who lead expeditions for both Adventureworks and Jagged Globe. Together with Mike Rosser, they are your main points of contact with Adventureworks-visiting you, developing your programme and making presentations to students and parents.

Regional Coordinators

Guy Jarvis South West // As well as coordinating Adventureworks schools in the south west of England, Guy is responsible for managing a wide range of outdoor courses for young people through Undercover Rock at the Bristol Climbing Centre. He has climbed and trekked all over the world and has led groups of youngsters and adults on numerous expeditions to India, Nepal, Tibet, Ecuador, Namibia, Morocco and the European Alps. Guy is a qualified Mountaineering Instructor, IML holder and teacher.

Paul Donovan Wales // Paul has over 20 years' experience working with groups of young people in the UK and abroad. He is a member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors, an IML holder and is a part-time inspector for AALA. Paul is also a qualified teacher, lecturer and canoe coach. He regularly leads expeditions for both Adventureworks and Jagged Globe.

Stephen Saddler Scotland // Having previously worked as an Outdoor Education Advisor, lecturer, Head of Department and Director of Operations for the Central Council for Physical Education, Stephen nowadays works as a expedition leader, Mountaineering Instructor and Kayak Coach. He has been involved with expeditions as far afield as Alaska, Kyrgyzstan, Ecuador and Arctic Norway.

Georgina Neville South East // Georgina has been an instructor and lecturer of outdoor education for some 15 years. She has led and been involved in expeditions to India, Ecuador, Morocco, Vietnam, Nepal and Russia.

Deborah Laugharne Midlands // Deborah has considerable experience working with young people. She has led expeditions since 1995 to Morocco, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Borneo, Nepal and India. In the UK, she has been involved in a number of inner-city youth projects. Deborah is an MIA holder and has Advanced Wilderness Medical training and much experience of altitude related illness.

Adele Pennington North // Adele is a qualified teacher and Mountaineering Instructor. Her experience includes teaching science and outdoor education, running the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and membership of a Mountain Rescue team. She regularly leads expeditions for Adventureworks as well as instructing on our courses in the UK.

Paul Cammack North // An international Mountain Leader (IML), Paul has worked as a freelance outdoor instructor for a number of years, assisting private groups and corporate clients, but also working for a Local Education Authority. Most recently, he has worked with the Scout Association, The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Community Education, special needs students, and has spent a lot of time taking young people out of the classroom and introducing them to the benefits of outdoor learning.
