Teacher Training and skills courses
Adventureworks will be running a skills course for all staff accompanying an Adventureworks expedition as well as staff who may do so in the future. This will be held at Longtown Outdoor Centre near Abergavenny on the edge of the Black Mountains on 25-26 April. Over the weekend we will cover remote area first aid, security on steep ground and the use of a rope and water-safety training.
In addition, there will be the opportunity for the Adventureworks team to tell you about all of our exciting destinations.

We will be holding a second weekend at Thornbridge Outdoor Centre in the Peak District on the 16-18 October 2009.

Adventureworks runs, in conjunction with Thornbridge Outdoor Centre, Mountain Leader, Walking Group Leader and the Single Pitch Award courses as well as 1 or 2 day First Aid courses.

Meet your regional coordinator
Our team of regional coordinators aim to work with you to produce an expedition that fits the needs and aims of the team. They will work with you throughout your expedition build up, attending your pre expedition meetings and meeting parents.
