Booking Conditions for Adventureworks Expeditions:

1)	All bookings for Adventureworks Climbing Skills and Mountain Adventures are made with 'Adventureworks', a trading name of Jagged Globe Limited, Registered Company No 3069133 (hereinafter referred to as The Company) whose registered office is The Foundry Studios, 45 Mowbray Street, Sheffield S3 8EN, United Kingdom, whose directors are Stephen Bell and Simon Lowe.
2)	As a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), an Association approved by the Department of Trade and Industry, this company has provided a Bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. This bond provides security for money paid over by you for your repatriation in the event of this company's insolvency.
3)	The Company is Fully Bonded in compliance with the EC Directive on Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours, and holds an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL), licence No 4019.
4)	Your completed booking form should be sent to The Company with a deposit of £50 per person for UK-based courses and £100 per person for non-UK based courses booked. Confirmation of your booking will then be sent to you, together with further payment and joining instructions and an equipment list.
5)	The final balance of the course cost should reach The Company no later than 28 days prior to the course. If The Company has not received full payment by then, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, unless agreed otherwise.
6)	Should you wish to cancel, the following scale of charges applies:- Cancellation more than 28 days prior to the start of course - loss of deposit. Cancellation between 14-28 days prior to the start of course - 50% of total course cost. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the start of course - 100% of total course cost.
7)	Notice of cancellation must be given in writing.
8)	If you wish to transfer from one course to another, an adminstration charge of £25 will be payable, assuming there is availability on the other course. Transfers less than 28 days prior to the start of the course originally booked will be treated as cancellations.
9)	We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers. If the course you have booked is cancelled, you will be given the opportunity to transfer at no extra charge. We will make a full refund if other course dates are unsuitable.
10)	It may be necessary to transfer bookings between courses so that our instructors have an optimum number of students according to the instructor/student ratios stipulated in this course information.
11)	The guiding ratios stipulated for any course may be varied at the discretion of the Course Director to allow for circumstances such as staff absence or illness, so long as such changes do not impinge upon the safety of course members or infringe the guidelines set out by the IFMGA or the BMG.
12)	Climbing and mountaineering are hazardous activities. Neither The Company nor any of its representatives will be responsible for any illness, injury or death sustained on our Climbing or Mountaineering Courses, nor will they be liable for any uninsured losses of your property.
13)	Whilst we are willing to accept payment of your deposit by credit card with no surcharge, we prefer final balances to be paid by cheque. If you do choose to pay your balance by credit card, we apply a charge of 2%.
14)	When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all these booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
